Blue Agave Plant Planting A Blue Agave Cactus?

Planting a blue agave cactus? - blue agave plant

I bought a large blue agave today for $ 80 and have never seen before. I understand that does not need much water because I get wet in Houston, TX, have more water once a month. What crash? I understand that they are placed on height, so that water can flow out, and put rocks under and around it for drainage? Any other tips? What about fertilizer? I could not have much information on the Internet for such things.

Should an agave Grand Prix $ 80. You did not need much water after it has found new roots begin to grow in the earth, it would be better to not let this great work is too dry. Especially if there is a lack of rain this summer, is essentially an agave will burn in the hot sun, when newly planted, so make sure the soil is moist for at least a month. The plants have a slow growth, so it is alittle while keeping the roots of this new country to start, which surrounds it. With 10-5-10 fertilizer once a month until the autumn. Water in the morning and deep roots. Do not underground, if you are planting in the ground or pot is not necessary, agave can grow on very poor soils, which are native to Mexico, I would try to have the same reason as Mexico. I think you know, tequila is made from the agave plant. Make room for your plant to grow and plants that do not do if
Many of trafficking. The common name for the agave is the century after the algae die, but it takes timein full bloom when you grow a puppy [baby plants] from the parent plant may have on his side, and the plant also. I hope that has helped you to add anything.
