I'm going to buy this antenna with suction cups, is designed to attach the window, but I wonder whether one can adhere to the lining of aluminum from my house. Can it? Thank you.

Probably not. The siding is usually structured and painted, if sales are not liable to do well, and certainly not for months, as with an antenna. Eaves boards in most houses are made of wood and a variety of methods for fixing the things that may be available - Check out Radio Shack. I saw nothing in the aluminum skin.
I never had luck with suction cups attached to anything. My suggestion glue or duck tape at home.
