When I am 13 years a very traumatic event that has happened in our house, so I do not know, before I 13 years. I have stopped dreaming the same year. I am stronger than I remember from my childhood, and I am concerned that further steps should be taken if necessary.

much as I should like to say yes, you consult a psychologist. but only if you really want the memories back. If you think that the incident ruined the memory of a lifetime of 13 to today, that would be a bad thing, you need to consult a psychologist if you think. Otherwise, do not think this is a very serious matter. would probably be best to ask your doctor about the possible long-term event which may take in life.
Good luck. I would definitely my doctor, however, that, if anything could happen. If their memories are so precious, and you consult a psychologist.
